Jyothi Murari, is the Founder and CEO of Isotopz a woman owned small business Health Information Technology company, with years of IT experience in the fields of software engineering, enterprise architecture and data integrations solutions both for commercial and government clients. 

She demonstrated her  leadership and expertise with the modernization and implementation of several critical Medicare and Medicaid program initiatives within  the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services  leading to the success of the implementation of these systems .

 

She  spearheaded and driven these programs to success while supporting Program Management and architecting and providing  technical solutions at CMS  to support data services  like data analytics, data exchange, migration ,data modeling, data standardization, and data governance using service-oriented architectures in Cloud-based environments  at AWS and on-premise data centers. Several of these programs within Medicare and Medicaid include Medicare Beneficiary Database Suite of Systems, Federally Facilitated Marketplace and  the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS)  adopting innovative approaches in choosing and implementing open stack and data-oriented solutions in AWS cloud  that met CMS security standards.
